Information about agreements for SCC e-Deposit
Existing depository customers who wish to switch from physical depository to e-depository need to supplement their current agreement. This is done by filling in the supplementary agreement below. From April 2022, there is an initiation fee of 15,000 SEK for this.
- New customers enter into agreements as described under the heading: “How to enter into a depository agreement”.
- Once the depository agreement is signed, the contact persons of the agreement will be invited to a specific data room on the SCC e-Deposit platform through their personal email addresses.
- Parties are assigned different permissions on the platform depending on their role in the agreement.
- The licensor deposits material by uploading it to the site specific to the agreement.
- When a new deposition is uploaded, an email is sent to the licensee, but the licensee will not be able to access the material.
How to submit a physical deposition:
- Package the complete source code and documentation. Stockholms Handelskammare does not verify this, and such assurance should be established between the parties.
- Seal the package so that it cannot be opened and resealed.
- Label the sealed package on the outside with the parties’ names, reference number, content, and the date of sealing. This is the actual deposition that Stockholms Handelskammare should not open.
- If there is a cover letter, do not place it inside the package.
- Place the deposition (and any cover letter) in an outer envelope labeled “Source Code Deposition” and send it to the following address:
Stockholms Handelskammare
