Pricing for Escrow Services
The setup fee is invoiced upon the signing of the agreement. The annual fee is invoiced at the beginning of the year to which it applies and is charged for each commenced year during which the Depository Agreement is in effect. The update fee is invoiced when an update is performed.
Model Agreements: Depository 2014 and 2021
Prices excluding VAT.
Setup fee: 20,000 SEK.
Annual fee: 15,000 SEK.
Update fee: 3,000 SEK.
Other administrative fees: From 5,000 SEK.
SCC e-Deposit
Setup fee: 15,000 SEK.
Annual fee: 15,000 SEK.
Additional storage fee: From 1,000 SEK*
*The annual fee includes 2 GB of storage; additional GB is billed at 1,000 SEK each.
Licensors and Licensees wishing to terminate the Depository Agreement should provide such notice before December 31 to avoid billing for the upcoming year.
For Master Agreements signed before November 31, 2006, the following pricing applies:
Annual fee: 12,000 SEK per licensee.
Update fee: 3,000 SEK.
For Master Agreements signed after November 31, 2006, the following pricing applies:
Annual fee: 8,000 SEK per licensee.
Update fee: 3,000 SEK.
Price Changes:
The fees are applicable under the condition that the deposit is not bulky or does not require specific costly storage.
The Stockholm Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to adjust the listed prices in consideration of price and currency exchange rate changes.
