Monday – Friday: 13:00–15:00.

During our opening hours, you are welcome to drop off and pick up documents.
Please note that the processing time for documents is two working days (except for ATA Carnets).

During the closed days, telephone hours and other International Trade counseling services will be unavailable.
Please note that on December 22, 23, 29 and January 2, our phone service will be unavailable. During these dates, we kindly ask you to submit applications digitally and send any inquiries via email.
On December 30, full-service documents and ATA Carnets can be handed in and collected between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
