Hunting for global talent – the case for Stockholm

21 februari 2024
18.00–20.30

Norra Latin, Drottninggatan 71B, 111 36 Stockholm, Stockholm

Accelerating growth by attracting global competence.

About the event

It’s a global issue, and it’s a cross-sector issue. The post-pandemic world led to a relentless churn in labour markets, and talent changing career paths, leaving empty seats to be filled across the globe. Businesses were faced with both growing and developing domestic talent, as well as importing from overseas. This created huge challenges for business leaders, driving towards a global hunt for much sought-after talent, skills and competence. Get it right and both employees and employers reap heady rewards. Get it wrong and you’re left behind.

As part of this global hunt for talent (and its many rewards), the attraction of the city has never played a greater role than right now. Talent can go wherever they want. But, what is the attraction of Stockholm, and how do we make the best case for the city?
