Unleashed 2025: The Potential
On 21 August 2025, Unleashed brought together leading decision-makers, innovators, and changemakers from across the Nordics and the Baltics. Under the theme “The Potential”, the summit explored how the region can rediscover what defines it, turn its unique strengths into real impact, and unlock resilience and innovation in an unpredictable world.
For one full day, leaders from business, politics, culture, defence, and civil society gathered for candid dialogue on the defining issues of our time. Held under the Chatham House Rule, Unleashed created an open and trusted environment for new ideas and perspectives to take shape.
Set against the backdrop of the Stockholm archipelago at Artipelag, the summit highlighted both the uncertainties of shifting geopolitics and the opportunities that lie in deeper Nordic cooperation. Conversations spanned geopolitics, resilience, democracy, competitiveness, and identity—underscoring how the Nordics can play a pivotal role in shaping Europe’s future.
