Henryka Mościcka-Dendys
Henryka Mościcka-Dendys is Head of the Foreign Service and Director General at Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A career diplomat, she has held a number of senior positions at the ministry since joining in 2002, with responsibilities spanning European policy, consular and legal affairs, human rights and parliamentary affairs.
From 2015 to 2020, Mościcka-Dendys served as Poland’s Ambassador to Denmark. Earlier in her career, she was posted to the Polish Embassy in Berlin and held several leadership roles focused on European policy and Northern Europe. Most recently, she served as Undersecretary of State for consular and legal affairs and European policy from 2024 to 2026.
Mościcka-Dendys currently serves on the councils of the Polish Institute of International Affairs and the European Council on Foreign Relations. She holds a PhD in international law from the University of Warsaw and is a graduate in law and classical philology from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
