Fabien Curto Millet

Fabien Curto Millet is Chief Economist at Google, where he leads the company’s economic analysis and research at the intersection of technology, markets and public policy.

Since joining Google in 2011, he has worked closely with senior leadership to develop data-driven insights on the economic value of digital technologies and the internet. His work spans global competition and regulatory matters, as well as broader macroeconomic trends, including the impact of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.

Prior to Google, Curto Millet was a Senior Consultant in the European Competition Policy Practice at NERA Economic Consulting, where he advised on major merger control and antitrust cases across a range of industries. He has also held academic positions at the University of Oxford.

Curto Millet holds a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Oxford and a postgraduate diploma in EC Competition Law from King’s College London.
