Søren Lippert
Søren Lippert is a Danish political analyst and former broadcast journalist with more than two decades of experience in Danish and international politics. He is Director of GeoPolitik, a forum dedicated to analysing the emerging world order and the future trajectory of Europe and the West.
For eight years, Lippert served as a political adviser to senior Social Democratic leaders, including roles at Denmark’s Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Health. He later became one of Denmark’s most prominent political interviewers as host of the TV 2 News programme Lippert, where for a decade he interviewed leading political figures from Denmark and abroad.
Lippert is the author of Bag magten (2016), offering rare insight into political communication and the inner workings of power, and Derfor ender demokratiet, som vi kender det (2024), an analysis of the forces reshaping Western democracies. He holds a Master of Science in Political Communication from the University of Liverpool.
